  • Ensure Accurate Reporting: Proactively ensure all reporting requirements are met, delivering timely and precise information to stakeholders.

  • Drive Market Insights to Action: Build L&R’s market analysis capabilities and translate findings into actionable, commercial strategies that fuel growth and innovation.

  • Support Strategic Segmentation: Collaborate with countries to optimize their segmentation and targeting processes, ensuring tailored strategies for market success.

  • Enable Team Success with Training and Support: Provide hands-on technical and system-related support (CRM, BI tools, Segmentation tools, etc.), along with general training, to empower system users and enhance team effectiveness.

Your qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field – your academic knowledge will be key to driving impactful decisions.
  • Professional Expertise: 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements in market analysis, sales, or business strategy.
  • Analytical Mindset: A natural problem-solver with the ability to design, interpret, and develop meaningful market analyses that shape strategic outcomes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exceptional Excel skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Tech Savvy (Advantageous): Experience with tools like Qlik, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics), SQL, and Macros is a bonus that will accelerate your impact.
  • Self-Starter Energy: A well-motivated go-getter who thrives under autonomy and demonstrates excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team Player: A collaborative individual with proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and spoken), enabling seamless communication in our international environment.
